Hello
Hello everyone had a great Saturday morning workout with my brothers from Puerto Rico we were discussing principles in Lap Sau Drills the importance of energy, ground energy ,hand or Sau energy and moving the horse ,combining all of these energies as one. It is important to complement all of your body and energy as one in the perfect timing. It was great the guys really enjoyed it and learned a lot, how was your workout?
